Oh what ! could you believe that I have been writing my blog and posting and not through the right way.
Dear friends and class mates in EDUC 581,I have been having fun see us relax and our through personalty is unmasking.
Two weeks ago it was Othman who brought  a Yeameni dish which all enjoyed.
Monday 18th was quite funny as Kubol could not wait for Carolin to bring her dish. Oh my when the food arrived it was wonderful and sumptuous. imagine the liberty we had with our professor she allowed us enjoy ourselves before the teaching started.
In the Past two week  we that is Miriam and myself have been set to task in design our dream country. Exciting to me is that my partner is wonderful at bring out what looks like wide concepts as we toy with it  turns out to be an accepted workable methods.
Our FinnWNg country which we are toying with in the last class we were ask to develop our educational policy on which the nation will build on.  Plato in his book the "Republic" try to design what a nation should be many centuries ago, can Mariam and my self  create what a new nation could be like, its not easy try to put all the Philosophy of education, nation building principles,  technological development to produce an ideal. Our assignment is not to dream but also develop teacher education that will serve as wheel to carry build, instill, disseminate and sustain the nations ideal.
Learning is a journey am on one, I wish their an ideal for I know that their no utopia.

Welcome to wonderful, Professor.

Wonderful! EDUC 581 Class.
Before the course began some of my coursemate were apperhensive about the course and the Proffessor because they have not met her before. But the first class was intersting as one of the student on seening the profferssor all the reservations just changed to this simple comment " I love you Ma". It taught me that appreance matters in the teaching proffession.
Student  will  accept learning from some one who meets their expectations than some one who they feel doing does not have any thing to offer.
We went on to have a really nice time hearing to story of one another, this bound us togather the more as we realease that though we come from differnt background that has shaped our learning and aspiriations  in life, that is how all the student we will meet have differnt needs and expectations from school or education in general.
I am believing at the end of the course will become better educators and that we will still love the proffessor.
